ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Please arrive just a few minutes before your scheduled appointment as patients are scheduled on the hour and this is a one room practice without a waiting area

Please text the scheduling line upon arrival at 480-648-4401 noting type of vehicle and location of parking

Dr. Browns assistant Jim will come escort you and your pet into Soul Puppy. DO NOT ENTER ON OWN unless instructed and DO NOT ENTER VIA HERB SHOP

Please note there is a 15min late reschedule policy
Dr. Brown reserves the right to refuse service at her discretion
